As far back as Adam Hofmann can remember, music has been the most inspiring and powerful influence of his life. Blessed with a childhood where he was exposed to the wonders of the Grateful Dead, Stevie Wonder and the Allman Brothers, and combined with a gift for piano performance, voice and song writing, it is no surprise that he has never strayed far from his passion for music. As a young man Adam Hofmann attended Berklee College of Music and studied Contemporary Writing and Production. It was then that he broadened his passion for jazz music and was spiritually influenced by jazz and blues greats like Thelonious Monk, Herbie Hancock, and Buddy Guy.
Adam has played in a variety of bands for the past fifteen years, including The Stony Road Band, the Mesopotamians, the Iron Pigs, as well as continued success as a solo performer. There is a consistent mix of jazz, rock, and blues in all of his music, as if Elvis Costello, Ben Folds Five, and George Harrison blended their styles. With a deep appreciation for the complexities of music, Adam still maintains his love for the pure emotion and energy of all great music. Currently "The Adam Hofmann Revival" is touring with artists who bring a mix of style and talent that contribute to a truly unique sound. These skilled musicians have studied with some of the greats at Berklee College of Music and their expertise and flair for their craft, creates an unforgettable formula of sound and show. Adam Hofmann is blessed to continue on the path of writing, recording and performing music.
